How To Order

Steps to order:

  1. Download our Planning Guide (click here), fill it out to create your "wish list," then e-mail it to
  2. We'll send you a quote that includes shipping and design charges.
  3. Send us a Purchase Order. (We also take charge cards)
  4. We design and email you proofs for review/approval.
  5. Upon your approval, we print and ship to you.
Everything is customized for you, so we also need:
  • School name, colors and mascot
  • Notes for special things you want
  • Theme or Acronym (ROAR, SOAR, PAWS, PRIDE, etc.)
  • Matrix and/or copy for rules/expectations posters
  • Tax Exempt ID Number (may help you avoid paying sales tax)

Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Can I get customized products? Yes! Everything is customized with YOUR words, YOUR colors and YOUR mascot/logo.
  2. Can I buy individual products, or must I buy a Kit? Yes you can buy individual products.
  3. What are in the Kits? We have standard Kits for $999, $1,999, $2,999, $3,999 and $4,999. Click for details.
  4. Can I get a custom Kit? If our Standard Kits don't meet your needs, please send us your "wish list" and we'll work up a custom quote for you.
  5. How long does it take? There are a lot of variables, so we need to know what you want in order to give you an accurate answer. Our order fulfillment time frame is typically between 3 and 4 weeks, but can be longer during peak Summer season.
  6. How do I get Mascot Junction set up as a vendor? Download our vendor set-up pack (click here) to get our W-9 form, etc. If you need us to fill out forms, please send them to
